Aletheia Tan

Head of Member Engagement, Pacific Asia Travel Association(PATA)

Aletheia is a community builder at heart. She is currently based in Bangkok, Thailand as the Head of Member Engagement for the Pacific Asia Travel Association. Aletheia is responsible for the retention and engagement of new and existing members. Her strategic implementation of new initiatives & execution of member benefits is guided by a deep understanding of what brings value to members, across different verticles within the Travel and Tourism industry.

Previously, Aletheia was a Community Manager in Singapore’s Art industry with OH! Open House, a non-profit visual arts organisation. Beyond work, Aletheia participated in numerous cross-cultural exchange programmes, including her experience as a goodwill ambassador to Timor Leste, a youth ambassador to South Korea with Singapore’s National Youth Council, and as the Head of Exhibition & Resource Committee with the 38th Ship for Japan and South-East Asia Youth Programme. Aletheia graduated from the National University of Singapore with 2nd Uppers Honors in a Bachelor of Social Science.
